You recognize and acknowledge that your provision to Kwikset Corporation, Price Pfister, Inc., Weiser Lock, and Baldwin Hardware Corporation , including their Black & Decker Hardware & Home Improvement Group (Kwikset Corporation, Price Pfister, Inc., Weiser Lock, and Baldwin Hardware Corporation shall be referred to herein as “BDHHI”) of suggestions, ideas, images, sounds, enhancements, data or other material to BDHHI is done on a non-confidential basis without expectation of compensation or attribution of any sort. BDHHI may use all or any part of such material in any manner for any reason without your consent or obligation to account to you in any way and in such event, BDHHI shall be the sole and exclusive owner. You agree to assign and do hereby assign to BDHHI all your right, title and interest in and to all such suggestions, ideas or other material that you submit. Should BDHHI request that you sign a written assignment and be unable to obtain your signature, you hereby appoint BDHHI as your attorney-in-fact for the purpose of assigning your rights to such material to BDHHI.
