The flow chart below
is a general guide to the process of becoming a Black & Decker, HHI supplier partner.
Four main items must occur before production may begin and several actions may occur
after production. Before production, a supplier profile must be submitted, quoting
on the proposed item takes place, the necessary audits are performed, and a part
qualification process must be completed (provided there are no corrective actions
needed and you are selected as the supplier of choice). After production there are
several processes in place to continually asses quality and to make necessary changes,
if needed.
